1 In order to unlock the quest, make sure to receive Emil’s letter from Popola first.
2 Go the Seafront Lighthouse and look for a man. Sign-up for his quest.
3 Get the materials from different sections of Junk Heap.
4 Broken Lenses can be bought at the Two Brothers Weaponry outside the Junk Heap.
5 Broken Batteries are dropped by Flying Robot enemies.
6 Mysterious Switches are dropped by Yellow Robot enemies.
