Sunken Treasure
To start the Sunken Treasure side quest, speak to Rozel who is usually found on the pier outside his home in Lurelin Village. The quest will trigger once you ask him about the ocean.
To reach the designated location with Rozel’s raft, you must first have a Korok Leaf to guide the wind in order to move the raft. Once you have a Korok Leaf, sever the rope that is anchoring the raft to the pier, then start propelling air towards the sail. The goal is to reach the three small rock located to the south of the area.
Once you’ve reached the three rocks, stop in the middle of the triangle formed by the rock and activate your Magnesis Rune. Grab the treasure chests submerged in the water using Magnesis then pull them towards you. These chests contain a Thunderblade and several gemstones.
Talk to Rozel after you’re done looting the chest to complete the side quest.

You can also use Cryonis to make your way over to the center of the three rocks, then warp to Yah Rin Shrine to get back to shore.
