Double Form
Kingdom Hearts 3’s free version 1.07 update will feature new story events, weapons, and abilities not found in the original game. Among the latest additions announced for the DLC is Sora’s new formchange called Double Form.
Double Form lets Sora wield the Oblivion and Oathkeeper Keyblades simultaneously, similar to his Nobody Roxas. Sora will likely gain new attacks and abilities while in Double Form, with some of them presumably taken from Roxas’ own set of moves.
The new formchange was announced on the official Kingdom Hearts Twitter account.

It is likely that Double Form will only be accessible once the player has acquired both the Oathkeeper and Oblivion Keyblades. Obtaining them is no small feat, as each weapon requires a unique key item rewarded for completing challenging tasks.
