To unlock the secret ending of Kingdom Hearts 3, the player must have photographed all the Lucky Emblems (Hidden Mickey Marks) across the various worlds that the player visited.

Lucky Emblem requirement varies according to the game difficulty
The number of required Lucky Emblems to shoot to unlock the secret ending depends on the chosen game difficulty.

As indicated above, the harder the game difficulty, the less Lucky Emblems required to unlock the secret ending. It is, however, recommended to find and shoot all Lucky Emblems to obtain rewards from the Gummiphone’s Photo Missions.
As of version 1.04 of Kingdom Hearts 3, collecting all Lucky Emblems also rewards you with the Proof of Promises. The key item is needed to acquire the Oathkeeper Keyblade in the version 1.07 update.
