Hobbies of the Rich

A Side Quest that is accessed from the Akkala Region, Hobbies of the Rich shall evaluate your combat ability. By passing the test, you will receive a Silver, and a Red Rupee.
To launch the Quest, head to the West section of the village and look for Hagie. Your initial payment will be offered in advance. Your task is to track down two Guardians that patrol the Torin Wetland.
At this point you have two options to get there: you may either exit Torrey Town through the West, or use the Paraglider to descend from the precipice near Hagie’s position.
The designated area is guarded by two Guardian Stalkers. Try to focus one at a time to effectively take them out. As a matter of fact, a recommended strategy is to attack one when the other is out of range. Take cover with the Shield to deflect its energy beam back to it, this consequently deals a significant amount of damage. Be cautious when moving about as there are surrounding Decayed Guardians that may awaken. Best to simply ignore them to prevent additional interference that may worsen your condition.
By the time you have eliminated the two, report the status to Hagie to obtain the additional payment, in the form of a Red Rupee.

But like whenever I see a Guardian, I run in the other direction as fast as I can. Not because I know they’re gonna kill me but because they generally scare me. They look like spiders. I’m scared of spiders
theres no indication that the quest is done when I destroyed the two stalkers.
For me too and I’ve noticed the same thing for a couple of other quests. Did you find how to get a ‘complete ?
I had the same problem but I found that as long as the quest was selected in my adventure log when talking to Hagie, the quest was marked as completed.
