Jee Noh Shrine Walkthrough [Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild]

This article contains a guide on how to complete Jee Noh Shrine.

Jee Noh Shrine Walkthrough – On the Move

Enter Jee Noh Shrine. Once inside, the first thing you’ll notice is the conveyor belt system. On it, there’s a rolling ball. When you look beyond it, there’s a receptacle for the ball. But how do you get the ball off the platform? The mechanic’s similar to that of Myahm Agana Shrine, save for the ability to use stasis. When you’re starting, use the Stasis rune to freeze the conveyor belt. Freeze it in front of the slot and wait for the ball to roll to a stop. Then, snipe it and knock it right into the groove. When completed, the door beyond unlocks.

For the next room, there’s another conveyor belt. However, two Mini-Guardians flank either side of the ball. Take them out if you have arrows to spare if you want. Otherwise, you’ll have to keep on moving. Since the belt moves much slower, wait until the ball is almost in position before freezing it with Stasis. After that, snipe it to push it off and into the receptacle. Once you do that, the next door unlocks.

However, the next room is the interesting one. This time, you have two conveyor belts now. With lasers firing across both sides, it can kill you. A receptacle waits on the far side. However, this means you need to carry a nearby sphere across the deadly platforms. But use the large stones as cover.

When running the first part, you’re moving against the belt. Unfortunately, holding an item may not let you move fast enough to run past while the stones are blocking the first beam. Instead, toss  the sphere forward. Or, you can use Stasis on the middle platform to run past when the stone is in place.

For the second laser, it’s on your side. But apparently, Stasis works on lasers as well. Use it and get ready to run. But make sure you don’t run past the large crate to block the laser. After that, you can run past to the end.

Although before anything, you may have spotted a chest. It’s among the stones on the other platform. But it’s too far. But good thing the chest is metal. Once across the other side, use Magnesis to grab and haul the chest. Bring it to you and grab the Opal.

After that, you unlock the final door. Enter the last chamber and speak to Monk Jee Noh and claim the Spirit Orb.
