Rota Ooh Shrine Walkthrough – Passing of the Gates
When you enter Rota Ooh shrine, there are a series of gates and metal screens surrounding pools of water. The door on your left needs a key. But there’s also a yellow switch on the wall to the right of a large screen over the water. Either use your bow or use Cryonis to climb up the platform. When you strike it, the entire area shifts and tilts. In doing so, you reveal a new room with a sphere. Beyond the room, there’s a receptacle behind a large gate.
When you’re done with that, look to the side. There’s a path for the sphere leading to a chest holding the Small Key. Grab the sphere and carry it away from the tilted structure. After that, put it down to shoot the blue switch on the upper level. This causes the structure to tilt back down and open the gate. However, there’s not much to do beyond the gate. But anyway, grab the sphere and toss it onto the metal screen for the next orange switch. Smack the switch again. This causes the sphere to fly forward and into the receptacle.This causes a new platform to appear and that can boost you through the unsealed door. But as of the moment, it’s a ceiling.
Next grab some air to fly high up. Make sure you pull out your paraglider at the height of the jump.Glide straight to a ledge with a chest that has a Feathered Edge Sword.
After that, fly into the air from the rising platform. Pull out your bow and look left to the fire at the blue switch. This tilts the structure back before you land. Now that you have a direct path to monk Rota Ooh, make your way there to grab your Spirit Orb.
