A Shady Customer
Set at the East Akkala Stable in the Akkala Region, A Shady Customer requires the Camera Rune function to complete. By fulfilling your mission, you will receive a Silver Rupee.
To initiate this Side Quest, proceed to the East Akkala Stable then talk to Hoz. He will ask you to go see the Fang and Bone Shopkeeper.
If you have not revealed your identity to the owner just yet, now is the time to do it. You have to go during the evening to the island floating at the North of the region (it is marked on the map as the Skull Lake’s left ocular). By the time you have exchanged introductions, he will offer to sell his materials around the outskirts of every village and town during evenings. Take a close shot of Kilton with your Camera rune, then deliver this photograph to Hoz to receive your reward – a Silver Rupee.

I’ve currently unlocked the side quest talking to Hoz. But Hilton does not appear at night at the skull lake location. Please help.
