The Sheep Rustlers
To start The Sheep Rustlers side quest, speak to Koyin who is found watching over her flock outside a farm located between Hateno Village and the Tech Lab. Once you talk to her, she will ask you to defeat a group of monster nearby.
Go to Hateno Beach to the southeast of Hateno Village then defeat the group of enemies who are camping at the area. After defeating all of them, speak to Koyin again and she will give you 10 bottles of Fresh Milk.
