By accomplishing this Side Quest, you will receive a Gold Rupee.

The Special Delivery Side Quest is unlocked after finishing the Main Quest Divine Beast Vah Ruta. To begin, proceed to the Bank of wishes which is near Zora’s Domain, then look for Finley.

She will ask you to keep a close eye on her letter, to which she tosses down the river. The path becomes more difficult as feisty Octoroks will tend to ruin the letter, therefore you must take them out by Sniping with the Bow.

Plunge into the pool then get to the wooden barrier which blocks the letter’s passage. While on top of the nearby rock, you can either: collect the letter to get it to the other side, or break the barrier completely for it to pass through.

Look after the letter as it gets carried by the current, then reach for the flat surface whenever you need to take a breather. As you cross Inogo Bridge, the wooden crates below the enemy outpost will prevent the letter to move across. Thus, take out these obstacles using either a Bomb or Bomb Arrow before the letter gets taken. To do this, stand atop the small rock at the central portion of the river, situated near the bridge.

After securing a safe trip to the letter, it will stop in a small inlet located in Mercay Island. Talk to the man, Sasam, to trigger a cutscene.

Return to Zora’s Domain then speak to Finley who now is with Sasam, located by the round platforms, West of the town. In behalf of your trouble, they will offer you a Gold Rupee.
