Sunshroom Sensing
To start the Sunshroom Sensing side quest, you first need to have the Sheikah Sensor+ upgrade. After acquiring the said upgrade, talk to Symin inside the Hateno Ancient Tech Lab. Take a picture of the sunshroom located at the back of the lab then show it to him.
After showing him the picture, Symin will now ask for you to get three sunshrooms. You can collect these in Retsam Forest, north of the Tech Lab. Return to Symin once you’ve collected three sunshrooms and he will give you three Hearty Truffles.
