Annie’s Diary is an item which you can get during the The Wild West Chapter of Live A Live Remake (Live A Live 2022 HD-2D Remaster). This item will trigger an additional scene with Annie.

Play The Wild West: The Wanderer
Once you get into this chapter, Annie’s room is located inside the saloon on the 2nd floor, middle door. To get Annie’s Diary, you need to get inside Annie’s room while looking for traps. Your first attempt is while inside the saloon but Annie will kick you out since it’s not okay to enter a girl’s room and you can’t snoop around it.
After gathering all the traps around the town, you can give Annie a task to set a trap outside the saloon. Once she is out from the saloon, you can go inside her room again and you can check around and get Annie’s Diary in the closet.
