How to Get Yoshiyuki in Live A Live Remake
Yoshiyuki is a secret obtainable weapon for Oboromaru which you can get during the Twilight of Edo Japan chapter of Live A Live Remake (Live A Live 2022 HD-2D Remaster). The weapon is initially wielded by the Prisoner, a recruitable ally during Oboromaru’s scenario but can be obtained at the end of the episode.

Clear Twilight of Edo Japan Chapter with 0 Human Kills
To get Yoshiyuki, you must clear Oboromaru’s episode without killing any human enemies in the area. This means that you must constantly use Oboromaru’s Shadowed Self ability to avoid initiating combat against human foes like Manservants, Retainers, Ronin, Shinobi, and Maids that are found all throughout Ode Lou’s fortress. If you do trigger an encounter, you can simply flee.
Bosses such as Clockwork Gennai, Miyamoto Musashi, Yodokun, and Ode Lou (both of his forms) can be killed to get Yoshiyuki as they do not count as human enemies.

Yoshiyuki boasts 40 attack power and can inflict paralyze on enemies which can be useful during the game’s final chapter. Apart from its added status effect on hit, the weapon is statistically identical to Muramasa, another powerful weapon Oboromaru can obtain during his scenario.

The difference between the two swords is that Muramasa can be acquired earlier during the Twilight of Edo Japan chapter by defeating the secret boss Majin Ryunosuke at the Path of Shuttered Lanterns. Yoshiyuki, on the other hand, only becomes usable during the game’s final episode since it is only rewarded at the end of Oboromaru’s story scenario.
