Imperial China Walkthrough
The Shifu’s Cottage
| 1 | Gain control of Earthen Heart Shifu (Level 10). Inside the room, go upper left desk cabinet to get equipment (Weathered Boots x1 and Qilin Boots x1). |

| 2 | Enter the purple door leading to the north room. Examine another upper left desk cabinet to acquire items (Weathered Garments x2). |
| 3 | Check the purple containers to get items (Red Bean Bun and Pork Bun x2). These are healing items. |
| 4 | Equip the Qilin Boots and leave the house. |
Mount Aspiration
| 1 | Outside your house, inspect the sparkling grasses on your left to get items (White Clover x2). They are also healing items that can be acquired in the open. |

| 2 | Move left and take the stair downwards. Then, go left to find another grass (Birdeye Speedwell x1). |
| 3 | Take the stairs on your right and transition to the next screen. |
| 4 | Go downstairs using the stairs and go west until your reach the end. This will lead you to the bamboo forest. |
Bamboo Forest
| 1 | Keep going left and see the Tiger. Defeat the Tiger and read the tutorial. |

| 2 | Make use of “Lion’s Dismissal” or “Wise Fox Grace” to defeat the enemy. |
| 3 | Pick up the items from the grasses nearby (White Clover x1 and Nature’s Providence x1). Don’t consume Nature’s Providence. |
| 4 | Move left and north to trigger scene with a bandit. Defeat Lei Kugo. |
| 5 | Make use of “Monkey’s Withdrawal” + “Lion’s Dismissal” first. Then, “Lion’s Dismissal” again to defeat the enemy. |
| 6 | Lei Kugo (Level 3) will join your party. Go northeast end and pick up another item from a grass (Nature’s Providence x1). |
| 7 | Move southwest, defeat the second Tiger, and pick up items from grasses (Nature’s Providence x1 and Birdeye Speedwell x1). |
| 8 | After that, move north and northwest. Defeat the third Tiger and pick up items (Nature’s Providence x1 and Sheperd’s Purse) nearby. |
| 9 | Enter the next screen. Approach the guards of the “Indomitable Fist Fortress” and leave. |
| 10 | Return to the Bamboo Forest and reach the exit leading to the split path. Don’t forget to pick up an item (Nature’s Providence x1) near the exit. |
| 11 | In the split path, go south and proceed to Wong Village. |
Wong Village
| 1 | When you reach the village. Use the Nature’s Providence healing item you acquired and give them to the old people. |

| 2 | Give the items to two old men on the east side and four old women west side. |
| 3 | You will trigger a scene with a grandkid of an old lady but keep going in giving herbs. |
| 4 | Acquire items (Red Bean Bun x1, Pork Bun x1, Iron Wok x1, and Catfish Whisker x1) from the old folks. |
| 5 | When you give the herb item to the old lady wearing orange clothing, she will ask for food instead. Give one Pork Bun to her. |
| 6 | After giving the herb items, go south and trigger another scene. Defeat Sun Tzu Wang. |
| 7 | Make use of “Monkey’s Withdrawal” to defeat the enemy. |
| 8 | Watch another scene post-battle. The kid will ask to be your disciple and you will let him join even if you decline. (If you pick Sigh, he will run towards Mount Aspiration and meet your party there.) |
| 9 | Yun Jou (Level 1) will join your party. Head north to leave the village and return to Mount Aspiration. |
| 10 | In the area with converging paths, proceed to the east pathway until you’ve reached the next area, Yunfa Market. |
Yunfa Market

Shifu’s Cottage Part 1
| 1 | Enter Shifu’s Cottage and watch a cutscene. |

Shifu’s Cottage Part 2
| 1 | After the first three fights, you will now choose your pupil to train as well as carry over your abilities. |

Yunfa Market Part 2
| 1 | After your finish training your chosen pupil, return to Yunfa Market. |

| 3 | Defeat the street thugs and speak to everyone in the market, including the shop owner. |
| 4 | Get all items and return to Shifu’s Cottage. Watch another cutscene. |
| 5 | Make your way to the Bamboo Forest in order to reach the Indomitable Fist Fortress. |
| 6 | If you picked Lei Kugo, she will join your party while inside the forest. |
| 7 | Assign Lei Kugo as the party leader followed by Earthen Heart Shifu. |
| 8 | Also, transfer your best equipment to your picked character. Let the secondary items equipped with Shifu. |
Indomitable Fist Fortress
| 1 | Enter the fortress and defeat enemies. Make sure to get every item you can. |

| 2 | If you picked Yun Jou, he will join your party when you enter the forest. Again, put the best items to Yun Jou instead of Shifu. Then, put Yun Jou as the party leader. |
| 3 | When you enter a room with three treasures on the left side and a tea table on the right, check the tea table to acquire a healing item (Fukahire Bun x1). |
| 4 | If you picked Hong Hakka, he will join your party after passing through some rooms. Again, put the best items to Hong Hakka instead of Shifu. Then, put Hong Hakka as the party leader. |
| 5 | Reach the boss room but you have to eliminate the other sub-bosses first before facing the final boss, Odi Wang Lee. This is basically a boss rush. |
| 6 | There is a break between battles so you have time to recover HP or to gain more levels through defeating Tigers at the Bamboo Forest if you want to. |
Indomitable Fist Fortress Boss Rush
| 1 | As a general rule, focus on one enemy at a time. Start using “Tiger and Dragon’s Rebuke” every time to weaken strong enemies. Then, use “Wise Fox’s Grace” to hit multiple enemies. Make use of your chosen pupil’s innate abilities to deal damage since they’ve gotten stronger after the training battles with Shifu. |

| 8 | Defeat Bei Jia and Nan Jia. |
| 9 | Set up Shifu in the middle of the sub-bosses and use “Wise Fox’s Grace“. Skip your Pupil ability turns and let Shifu deal the damage. Swap roles with your Pupil and let Shifu recover HP using items. Alternatively, make Shifu use “Chipmunk’s Delight“. If you picked Hong Hakka as your pupil, you may not need healing support since Hakka has a high HP pool. |
| 10 | Defeat Lin, Shan, and Chan. |
| 11 | Prioritize on defeating Chan first (lower left). Command the Pupil to attack together with Shifu using “Chipmunk’s Delight“. If you picked Yun Jou as your pupil, use the same ability as well. |
| 12 | Next, eliminate Lin (upper left). Use “Chipmunk’s Delight” again but do not position Shifu and the Pupil next to each other. |
| 13 | Lastly, take out Shan. Continue using “Chipmunk’s Delight” and keep at least one tile distance away from Shifu and the Pupil. |
| 14 | Defeat Yi Bei Kou. |
| 15 | Deal damage using “Chipmunk’s Delight” but don’t position your characters diagonal to the sub-boss or else get petrified. Also, don’t use abilities that require charge time. |
| 16 | Defeat Odi Wang Lee. |
| 17 | Start the battle using “Heavenly Peaks Descent“, an ability that can only be used against the final boss by Shifu. Use “Kingfisher’s Tantrum” + “Serpent’s Strike” (for Lei Kugo), “Tiger and Dragon’s Rebuke” + self-healing (for Yun Jou), or “Tiger and Dragon’s Rebuke” + “Fowl’s Violent Caress/Chipmunk’s Delight” (for Hong Hakka). |
