Interview Yui Mamiya
| 1 | Kill time in the city until Saori arrives at Charles. |

| 2 | Head back to Charles and cross-examine Mamiya. |
| 3 | “I’d better press Yui Mamiya on this evidence.” – Select: Hiro Mikoshiba’s Murder Footage. |
| 4 | Rest at Yagami Detective Agency. |
Meet with Ehara
| 1 | Take a cab to Tokyo Detention Center. |

Meet Detective Watanabe
| 1 | Meet with Detective Watanabe in Chinatown. |

| 2 | Defeat Detective Watanabe. Watanabe deals a lot of damage with his baton so bait him out into attacking and dodge. When he misses, unload on him and go back on the defensive when he recovers. He swings very slow so parrying him is also a viable option to render him open to follow-up attacks. Lower his HP to trigger a QTE with □□. |
Find Kuwana
| 1 | Find Kuwana at the Geomijul hideout without being seen (stealth). |

| 2 | Move through the side of the garbage truck next to the blockage. |
| 3 | Toss a coin and check the drone at the point in front of the entrance. |
| 4 | Move while remaining hidden. |
| 5 | Active Search: Find the destination. – Examine: Stairs – Examine: Roof – Examine: The black and yellow iron beam above the wall facing the passage. |
| 6 | Go up along the pipe and head up to the left. (You can also get Motivator Shirt SS x1 by heading left and going over the wall.) |
| 7 | Head down to the scaffold to the left. |
| 8 | Go up to the iron plate and make your way to the next scaffolding using a running jump (dash). |
| 9 | Go up and defeat the RK members. |
| 10 | Feel free to use the save point before going to the roof. |
| 11 | Head to the top floor. Take out the RK members. |
| 12 | Go to the Yokohama Liumang’s hideout. |
| 13 | “Who are the people after Kuwana?” – Select: Public Security > They’re working with Reiko Kusumoto. |
| 14 | Defeat Kuwana. |
