Chapter 3: Two Sides of the Same Coin Walkthrough

Go to the City and Solve the Case

1	Exit the school.
2	Head to Yokohama 99 office.
3	Buzzy Searcher and Noise Amp detective gadgets will be unlocked.
4	Find the Arachnid Man using a detective gadget.
5	Head to the marked location to the northwest and find the Arachnid Man hanging on the ledge using the Noise Amp. Point the Noise Amp to the balcony above on your right and examine the point.
6	Begin The Falling Man side case.
7	Help the man in black before he falls.
8	Go up the pipes to reach the man in black.
9	Observe Tamai closely. – Check Tamai’s back pocket and examine the stolen underwear that is sticking out.
10	Defeat Shinataro Tamai.
11	Head back to the Yokohama 99 office.
12	Side cases will now be available. Check the bulletin board at Yagami Detective Agency to check available side cases (side quests) in Yokohama.

Battle at Plage

1	Head to Plage.
2	Defeat the masked men.
3	Examine the photo of Mikoshiba.
4	Use quick search: Examine the photo – Neck (clothes) – Arms (right and left) – Face (forehead) – Rubble (background on the right)
5	Defeat Handyman Jin Kuwana. He usually retaliates after you land two hits (or after he starts blocking). Anticipate his counterattack by dodging and continue pummeling him until he is defeated.

Go through the Extracts Tutorial

1	Start the Extracting the Past side case.
2	Go through the extracts usage tutorial. – Use the Warrior’s Onslaught Extract (1 time). – Attack with 〇 repeatedly (3 times).
3	Go through the extracts brewing tutorial at Iyama’s store. You will be given the items below to make the Warrior’s Onslaught extract. – Empty Extract Vessel – Eye of the Dragon – Rainbow Pyroxene – Sacred Wood – Sacred Rot x6 – Pork Tonkatsu Bento x5
4	Once you get the Mysterious Gourd, you will be able to make the Warrior’s Onslaught extract.
5	Head back to the Yokohama 99 office and talk to Tsukumo.
