The Forbidden Taste Side Case Walkthrough
| 1 | Head to the marked location and enter the restaurant then talk to the man inside. |

| 2 | Use the Buzz researcher and search the keyword Phantom Ramen Stall. Select on the option that says “Once I find the Phantom Ramen Stall, I’ll be a true master.”. |
| 3 | Go to the marked location and listen to the two homeless men talking around the corner to the left, and you’ll hear one of them say that a cat led him to the Phantom Ramen Stall. |
| 4 | The last location is in Chinatown. Listen to the three guys that discusses how they learned that the ramen is supposedly prepared with cats. |
| 5 | Return to the quester/client, and he will provide you with the next step in the quest. You’ll need to locate a cat after that, but first you’ll need some cat food. |
How to Make Friends with Cats
| 1 | Exit the restaurant and take a little left to the location marked by a blue case file. If you don’t have any cat food, go to Poppo Mart and purchase some.. |

| 2 | After failing the first attempt to feed the cat, you’ll meet Nekomiya, the previous game’s cat lover. He’ll instruct you on how to properly engage with cats and name them. |
| 3 | Doing that adds a yellow paw marker to the map. Go over to the marked location and pet the cats. One of three cats will approach you. When the first cat appears, choose a name you can remember and connect with it, since it will be essential later. |
| 4 | The effective process is to Remember Cat’s Name, Stare Affectionately, Offer Food, and then Pet. |
| 5 | A new marker adds up at Yokohama 99 when you successfully befriend one of the cats. When you return at the place, a cat will appear, triggering a cutscene in which Yagami follows him to the Phantom Ramen Stall. |
| 6 | Yagami will reach to Joe and after he arrives, a cutscene will play. This completes the side case mission. |
