Strategy

Persona 5 Strikers - Sendai Jail Strong Shadow Seth Use Bless Attacks

Seth is weak to Bless and Technical damage. Sophia is an obvious choice in this fight for her access to strong Bless attacks. You can complete the party with Fox and Queen, with the first focusing on inflicting Freeze on Seth. The rest of the party can then follow-up with Nuclear, Phys, and Gun attacks to achieve Technical damage.

Seth Strong Shadow Guide

It is recommended to have Joker use a Persona with Heat Riser to gain an all-in-one buff against Seth. Sophia, Fox, and Queen also have access to other useful support skills for the fight. Do not hesitate to have Sophie or Joker use debuffs as well, especially if you have Debilitate.
