Overview

Strategy

The Forgotten Desire is found on the rooftops on the northwest corner (Hirose Street). From the Hirose Street checkpoint, climb up the building in the center and use the floating gems on the southwest corner to reach the roof of the building to the southwest. Defeat the enemies there and walk west to find some invisible platforms (use third-eye vision) to help you cross to the next building west. Walk north while defeating the enemies along the way and the Forgotten Desire should be down the lower area on the far end of the building.
