Strategy
Take advantage of Metatron’s weakness to Elec attacks by having Skull in the party. Other recommended allies are Noir and Wolf since Metatron does not have any resistance against Psy, Physical, and Gun attacks. A good strategy for this fight is to have Skull inflict Shock on Metatron before following-up with Physical and Gun attacks to trigger Technical damage modifiers.
Metatron is also weak to Curse damage, making Joker with Arsene a reliable attacker during the fight. Be sure to bring a good stock of HP and SP recovery items as well.
Have Joker’s SP at high enough levels to use Amrita Drop or Amrita Shower when allies are inflicted with Dizzy. When the fight begins, Joker and Wolf should use debuffs like Tarunda, Sukunda, and even Debilitate.
