Joker	Arsene	The Protagonist is the leader of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. After the events of Persona 5, he returned to Tokyo in order to reunite with his fellow members during the summer. Unfortunately, metaverse-related events started to occur again and so they join him in solving these strange occurrences all across Japan. Mona	Zorro	Morgana is the second-in-command of the Phantom Thieves. After the events of the previous game, he changed into the appearance of a normal cat and joined the Protagonist on his way back home. Unlike before, Morgana is now easygoing and less temperamental. With the events of Persona 5 Strikers, he reverts back to his anthropomorphic and biped cat form signaling the return of the metaverse. Skull	Captain Kidd	Ryuji Sakamoto is a former track team athlete and the third member of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. He is an upcoming third-year student and a former schoolmate of the Protagonist. Up to this point, Ryuji still struggles with his academics. His code name is Skull and his persona is “Captain Kidd”. Panther	Carmen	Ann Takamaki is a part-time model and the fourth member of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. She is also an upcoming third-year student and a former classmate of the Protagonist. One of her important traits is her strong resolve in helping others. Her coden ame is Panther and her persona is “Carmen”. Carmen specializes in Fire attacks. Fox	Goemon	Yusuke Kitagawa is an aspiring artist and the fifth member of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. His strong passion for his artistic pursuits still makes people confused. Queen	Johanna	Makoto Niijima is the former student council president and the sixth member of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. She’s now an enrolled law student and aims to work with the police. Also, she is now less strict and serious compared to the previous game. Her Phantom Thief code name is Queen and her persona is “Johanna”. Johanna specializes in Nuke attacks. Oracle	Necronomicon	Futaba Sakura is a former shut-in hacker and the seventh member of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. After her previous case was resolved, she is now open to others and started to attend middle school. Her Phantom Thief codename is Oracle and her persona is “Necronomicon”. Noir	Milady	Haru Okumura is a wealthy daughter of a food business owner and the eighth member of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. She is now studying at a university and currently involved in the management of Okumura Foods. Her Phantom Thief code name is Noir and her persona is “Milady”. Sophie	Pithos	Sophia is a mysterious AI character that Phantom Thieves of Hearts met in the underground of cognitive Shibuya. She currently has no memories about herself but remembers that humanity is a friend. She openly joined the Phantom Thieves in order to help their investigation. Wolf	Valjean	Zenkichi Hasegawa is a member of the Police’s Public Security Department. While investigating the metaverse-related events, he comes into contact with the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. He then awakens to his own persona and joins the group. His code name is “Wolf” and his Persona is “Valjean”. Valjean specializes in Gun and Almighty attacks.
