Strategy

Since this request can be cleared in any Jail, you should head to any of the ones near the beginning up to the middle of the game (Shibuya, Sendai, Sapporo, Okinawa, and Kyoto) to meet the objective.

  1. This guide is not helpful. “Go to any jail and do it.” Really? How about telling us a place where you can have the chance to even fight 12+ enemies, because that’s not most places.
