Strategy
Talk to Futaba after clearing the Obanzai Ingredients request.
To clear this request, you must have the Kyoto Curry and Miso Ramen recipes. The first is obtained by progressing through the story (8/14) while the Miso Ramen recipe can be purchased at Sapporo – Ramen Alley (Suzushino area in the east section of the map).
Clearing this request also complete the Cooking Papa request.
