Black Frost is found as you come to the first intersection near the Jail’s starting point. Have Sophia in the party to take advantage of Black Frost’s weakness to Bless attacks. Be sure to stockpile on a lot of HP and SP recovery items as well before heading out.

It is also extremely important to have a Persona that can use Amrita Drop or Amrita Shower whenever Black Frost manages to freeze any of your party members.

Using the terrain can also help you stack damage on Black Frost. Try to use Phantom Dash when Black Frost is near a lamp post to deal additional damage to it.
