What are Cheetah Socks?
Cheetah Socks is an accessory in Persona 5 Strikers that grants a character +4 Speed when equipped. Having increased movement is beneficial to any member of the party, making the accessory very useful throughout the game.
Use Cheetah Socks as default accessories when you do not need to equip for reducing damage from different types of attributes or other effects.

Sophie’s Online Shop
Cheetah Socks can be purchased for 32,000 Yen at Sophie’s Online Shop (Mail Order) after clearing the Request “Phantom Thief’s Taste – Wolf Edition.”
This is disputable as it is dependent on what you want for that particular character. Besides grinding in Merciless difficulty sometimes give you Skanda Sock which are plus 10 to Agility.
