Strategy
From the Shipping Railway checkpoint, move to the middle of the map by going south along the electrical line and then west. Move north and towards the energy pods in the middle of the map. When you are on an energy pod, look west to find cover points that you can Phantom Dash on to reach the platform ahead where the Forgotten Desire will be.
Telling us to use third eye would have been nice

what the guide doesn’t say is that you need to also use 3rd eye
it would be nice if some pictures could be left with some of these tutorials.
