Purchase city-exclusive items whenever you can.
You cannot revisit cities that you have already been to during the main story. This means that you should purchase items exclusive to that city such as ingredients, equipment, and items while you can.
Unlike cities, after clearing a Jail during the main story, you will be able to infiltrate them again.
Bond skills cannot be reallocated.
You will not be able to reallocate Bond skill points after spending them in the Bond menu. Because of this, prioritize which skills will be helpful early on and unlock first as you go through the main story.

You cannot change the difficulty in Merciless Mode
There is no way of changing the difficulty setting if you start the game in Merciless mode. You will have to start a new game on Easy, Normal, or Hard to do so. However, you can’t change the difficulty when a battle is in progress.
You cannot undo Persona Fusions
Persona Fusions cannot be undone after performing them at the Velvet Room. Always decide which Persona you would like to create before proceeding to prevent accidentally fusing the wrong Persona (and wasting fusion materials and money in the process).
