List of Cooking Ingredients
In Kingdom Hearts 3, players can cook food with Remy from Ratatouille using different ingredients that Sora can find throughout his journey. Here is a list of the ingredients that you will find scattered across worlds in the game. In the Location column, worlds under Shop indicate that you can buy it from the stores, while Collection and Harvest indicate that you can find it by catching, planting, or picking the ingredient up in certain locations.

Where to Get Ingredients by Collection
Quail
Quail is found in Port Royal (The Caribbean,) under a building that is located to the north of the harbor.
Filet Mignon
Located inside a gold box under the mark of good fortune (The Caribbean.)
Gooseberry
Found in Port Royal (The Carribean,) inside stacks of boxes at the side of the jetty in a wharf.
Mushroom
Located on the deck of a broken ship (The Caribbean.)
Rare Mushroom
Found on the a cliff that is accessible by stepping down from the ridge of the northern mountain (Arendelle.)
Dill
Located in multiple vending machines in the warehouse (Monstropolis.)
Raspberry is missing
You can find Raspberries in Arendelle, during the climb to Elsa’s palace the first time after escaping the ice maze, climb ontop of the cave that has the little pot heartless to find a bush with Raspberries. There are at least 2 other bushes with raspberries on them in the same level, but I can’t exactly remember the area where they are. I know there’s a frozen river near one of them though
You are forgetting an ingredient.
I also found a filet mignon at an employee’s desk in monstropolis, in the doors room!
You can also get celery at a stall in the Caribbean, sea bass at the huddled isles in the Caribbean, and rice from the takeout container near the service window at the beginning of Monstropolis. I know I’ve harvested saffron from Monstropolis too, but I’ can’t remember where exactly! It was on a bench with a few takeout containers, along with some rice.
