Returning Character Models
Characters from the Final Fantasy series will make their return in the upcoming expansion to Kingdom Hearts 3 called Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind. The official models for Aerith, Leon, Yuffie, and Cid were revealed on the official Kingdom Hearts Twitter account.
Aerith

Aerith’s design in Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind largely remains the same as her appearance in Kingdom Hearts 2. Her model simply has a more detailed rendering of her original outfit.
Leon

Similar to Aerith, Leon’s design has not changed much from how he looked in Kingdom Hearts 2. His hair, however, is somewhat shorter and less angular in the upcoming DLC than in his previous appearances.
Yuffie

Yuffie’s outfit has also remained unchanged from what she wore in Kingdom Hearts 2. As with Aerith, her design is just a more modern representation of her attire in the previous game.
Cid

Yet another model that stays true to its original, Cid’s design is the same as his Kingdom Hearts 2 version as well.
Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind is set for release next year in 2020. The DLC will come out on January 23rd for the Playstation 4 and February 25th for the Xbox One.
