The Wheel of Fate boasts high Strength. It can formchange into Highwind and Storm Flag.
Features of Highwind
Upon filling up the gauge, you can transform the Wheel of Fate into the Highwind. The transformed weapon resembles a spear with very good attack range.
Features of Stormflag
Accumulating enough gauge on the Highwind allows you to use Stormflag. As its name implies, the weapon changes into a flag that has a notable reach and can attack enemies continuously for extended periods.
Finishing Technique
The Keyblade’s finishing attack summons an octopus’ tentacles that damages anything it touches. It additionally extends your attacks significantly.
