Find the Fairy Fountain
A Side Quest that takes place in the Dueling Peaks Region. Find the Fairy Fountain requires that you have the Camera Rune in your possession. By reporting the findings, you will receive hints to aid you on your Sheikah Slate album Quest.
This Side Quest begins at Kakariko Village. Talk to Pikango then trail behind him.
Placed at the Northeast section of the village is the Great Fairy Fountain. If this is the first fountain that you will unlock, it will require that you have 100 rupees on hand. Head to the fountain then take a snapshot of the facade. Return with the photograph to Pikango and he will be happy to provide you with some hints on the Memories recorded in the Sheikah Slate Album.

Main quest in the US version too. So odds are it’s not a Side Quest anywhere.
