Good-Sized Horse
To start the Good-Sized Horse side quest, talk to Zyle in the Gerudo Canyon (between Koukot Plateau and Mount Nabooru). He will ask you to bring a horse that would be suitable for his stature.
If you have an extra horse registered at the stable, summon it from the Gerudo Canyon Stable and show it to Zyle. If you don’t have a horse in the stable, warp to the Dueling Peaks Stable then capture any wild horse nearby. After capturing it, register it then return to the Gerudo Canyon stable and summon it. After giving Kyle the horse, he will give you 300 Rupees.

After the completion of the side quest, I meet Zyle at outskirts stable does he appear in the wild some where else where I can sell him another horse?
I’m wondering if after you sell the horse, you can get him back some way. I later met Zyle at the stable in the central tower region, and found out he sold it, then saw the guy riding the horse (I affectionately named ‘Kyle’). He says every morning he races it at a nearby track. Wondering if you can maybe race him for the horse..? The whole conversation with Zyle seems suspicious. I’ve learned in this game, if it seems suspicious, it probably is..
Where did you see the horse being ridden?
I found they guy at Outskirts stable and he said the same thing to me but I did not see anyone riding the horse.
