Ishto Soh Shrine Walkthrough
Ishto Soh is a puzzle that looks weird and impossible to solve. But you realize that you can pick up the block with a laser shooting out of it.
Stop it briefly with Stasis to avoid taking any risk and open the chest nearby. After that, pick it up. When you do so, drop it on the moving platform, facing the crystal in the center.
When you completed that first part,the next parts are easier. Glide from your starting position to the pillars at the back. After that, activate a couple of switches to open the second chest. Then, go up the stairs that lead to the altar. Talk to Ishto Soh and grab your Spirit Orb.
