The Mystery Polluter
To gain access to The Mystery Polluter side quest, you must first finish the Divine Beast Vah Naboris side quest and start The Thunder Helm side quest. After finishing the said main quest, speak to Dalia who is found at the north corner of Gerudo Town during the day. She will ask you to find who is polluting her water source.
Go to the town’s west corner then head up the rooftops. Talk to Calyban who is eating melons around the area. She will stop polluting water if you give her 10 wildberries.
The nearest location where you can get wildberries is on the snowfields of the Gerudo Highlands. The Rito Stable is also a good place to get wildberries. After stopping Calyban, talk to Dalia again and she will reward you with a Hydromelon.

If you stumble into the Yiga Clans hideout before doing this quest you will not be able to activate it.
I was in the Yiga Clan hideout before this and was able to do it just fine.
