Stalhorse: Pictured!
To start the Stalhorse: Pictured! side quest, talk to Juannelle at the Snowfield Stable. She will ask you to take a picture of a Stalhorse.
You can only see the monster at night, so wait until evening, then head north until you see an enemy outpost with two skull-shaped huts. Take a picture of the rare monster being ridden by a Stalkoblin then show it to Juannelle. She will give you a Silver Rupee as a reward.

I by chance had ridden this horse never knew there was a quest for it n now I can’t find it for my life lol go figure

I brought the stalhorse to the stables to show her…it didn’t work, I just had to show her a picture anyway.
