Rito Stable

Make sure to have quick access to this area as it offers a hefty supply of tree trunks to fill your wood bundle needs. Armed with the Remote Bomb Rune, the explosions will earn you some bundles of wood. Be sure to take a pit stop often, and you will soon accumulate a huge stock of this material.

Great Plateau

The second area to farm wood is at the old man’s hut. It is a recommended spot to farm wood during the initial stage as it is sheltered with trees that you can knock down and convert to wood after blowing them up with the Remote Bomb Rune. Another alternative is to wield the axe that rests on the hut’s facade.

Valley (Zora’s Domain)

Another area conducive for wood farming. The area is abundant with trees, to which you can collect dozens of bundles with a single round. Tread carefully though, as you might come across some territorial Lizalfos.

Yiga Clan Hideout (East)

The last recommended site to farm for wood bundles. Situated at their enemy outpost, you can collect wood bundles for free. It is possible to miss this area as you go through with the Shrine hunts or Side Quests, however should you encounter it, be sure to grab your fill.

  1. Where is Yiga Clan Hideout (East)? I have not encountered a different hideout from the desert one, but am curious if there is another, especially for wood farming.

  2. If you have the Master Sword, just go to the Torin Wetland right by Tarrey Town. Guardians are nearby, so your sword will be powered up to 60 with a plethora of energy. Avoid the guardians and just hack and slash trees to your heart’s content.
