Joker’s Kitchen in Persona 5 Strikers
Cooking is a new feature that allows Joker to combine ingredients to concoct meals in Persona 5 Strikers (or Persona 5 Scramble). Consuming a meal yields stat boosts which will be beneficial for tougher battles. While waiting for an impending Jail infiltration, stock up on ingredients for later use.
In the hideout, Joker can whip up a meal using ingredients found in your travels. Check your inventory and combine various ingredients to start cooking.

Another thing to keep in mind is that ingredients have limited stocks. Avoid frequent trips and purchase all the stocks. If you’re planning to stay for a while, the stocks replenish the following day so you can keep buying more.

In order to buy cooking ingredients from Sophia’s Shop, you need to clear multiple requests give by Sophia. Clear them as soon as possible for you buy ingredients from previously visited locations in the game.

The cooking mastery goes up when you acquire more recipes. Head out and visit shops or join some events and you might just unlock a new recipe for your collection.
Best Dishes
Conserving SP is quite the challenge when you’re taking some infiltration missions left and right. Some dishes offer HP recovery but given that there are many ways to go around it, you’re better off focusing on SP-oriented dishes.
Other dishes that come in handy are composed of those that also provide additional battle effects like Matarukaja.

Cooking dishes will reduce cost in buying recovery items and the Protagonist can allocate it to buying weapons, protectors, or accessories instead. Also, this will less your exploration time in the real world.
HP and SP Restoration
Dishes that restore HP can be skipped since there are many items lying around that already provide HP recovery. In addition, there are Recovery Skills can also be used to restore your party’s health. However, SP recovery is vital in order to help the party have a steady pool of mana. Keep cooking dishes that restore SP to ensure that the party has enough energy to continue firing off skills.
Boost Stats in Battle
When facing a formidable boss, each increment of damage counts toward reducing the time to beat it. That being said, focus also on cooking ability boosting dishes to inflict more damage.
