Powerful Shadow Requests in Persona 5 Strikers
Powerful Shadows are strong Personas that can be fought in Jails through requests. They must be defeated them in order to acquire their Persona Fusion in the Velvet Room. You can also use them as fusion materials to unlock the best Personas in the game.
How to Unlock Powerful Shadow Requests
In order to locate these requests, you need to progress through the game first and reach the day of Aug 24th. By that day, you are already in the process of clearing Osaka’s Jail. Lavenza will ask you to visit the Velvet Room and she give you a new set of requests that involved hunting Strong Shadows.

Obtaining Experience
A large amount of experience points can be earned for defeating Powerful Shadows, allowing you to raise the level of characters and the Joker’s Bond Level.
Unlocking Reaper Secret Boss
Clearing all Powerful Shadow requests will cause the Reaper, an immensely powerful Persona, to appear. Beating the Reaper will then unlock the Takeover feature.
