Alfitaria Town

1	Head north and reach the town’s crystal. walk to the far east to find some stairs.
2	Look for Knocfelna, a Lilty knight with a mustache wearing black armor, within the area. Speak to him to trigger the “The Princess” side quest.
3	Move to the southwest pathway and descend to a narrow pathway to find a Selkie Merchant, Gi Lubeh. He can sell you rare shards.
4	Go upstairs and return to the southwest pathway. Head further west and reach bushes under the stairs. You can find 3rd secret item (Bronze Shard x1) in one of those bushes.
5	From your position, head to the southeast pathway and reach the location of another Lilty guard, Ewan Rolf.
6	Descend using the nearby stairs and examine the opening in the sewers. You will find the 8th Moogle Nest and acquire the Moogle Stamp #14.
7	Feel free to speak to all NPCs within the town before you travel to the next area, Tida Village.

Acquire Moogle Stamp #14

Before leaving Alfitaria, make sure to locate the eight Moogle Nest. Head to the southeast side of the town. Look for Ewan Rolf and descend the stairs from his spot. Continue moving west and pass by Emma. Examine the wall across the last pillar.

Look for the Selkie Merchant

A Selkie merchant. Gi Lubeh, who only appears every other year (starting from year 2) can be found along the water which you can reach by going west and south down the stairs. The merchant sells a variety of crafting materials, including Mythril, as well as various Mythril armor pieces.

How to Get Mythril

Start Runaway Princess Side Quest

Upon reaching Alfitaria in year 2, you can begin a side quest that requires you to look for the missing princess of Alfitaria. Talk to Knocfelna, a Lilty knight with a mustache wearing black armor, to start the quest.

Note that this side quest is quite long and requires you to progress through in-game years for certain areas to become available. After completing the quest, however, you will be rewarded with a hefty sum of 100,000 Gil.
