Daemon’s Court Walkthrough
Daemon’s Court Lower Level
| 1 | Head to the Miasma Stream. Then, move east when you are far north. |

| 2 | When you arrive in the cave, defeat Flan and Goblin enemies. |
| 3 | From your location, head all the way to the west while ignoring the treasure chests inaccessible for now. Reach the path leading to a higher level and see multiple skull witches. |
| 4 | Destroy the switches and to open the the caged doors in the lower level. |
| 5 | Return and collect the items from the treasure chests and start moving upward. |
Daemon’s Court Upper Level
| 1 | Defeat more Flan and Bat enemies along the way and you will see an Earth Spot. In year two, it will become a Fire Hot Spot but ignore them for now. |

| 2 | Head east and hit the skull switch. Then, look for a cave mouth to the northwest and it ignore it for now. |
| 3 | Explore the western portion of the level and continue bashing the skull switches over there. One switch will lead up to a walkway. |
| 4 | Collect the treasure from the walkway and go to the next level down. |
Eastern Cave
| 1 | Enter the second cave nearby and it leads to an Examine Point. Interact with it and you will find a Moogle Nest. Don’t forget to claim your Moogle Stamp as well and return to the eastern cave. |

| 2 | Climb the path leading to a higher level. Defeat Electric Jellyfish enemies you meet there and continue bashing all skull switches on this level. |
| 3 | Go back down and claim the treasure chests unlocked. Enter the third cave and explore the area for treasures. |
| 4 | Bash all skull switches that will open up the southern side of the path. |
West Cave
| 1 | Start moving west and defeat Goblins along the way. |

| 4 | Go to the highest level and open the northern door to gain access to a boss battle. |
Defeat Armstrong
| 1 | Watch a cutscene. |

Tips and Strategies
Acquire Moogle Stamp #11
Before leaving the the area, make sure to locate the 16th Moogle Nest. Head to the northeast section of the west area. Go under the wooden walkways and examine the wall in order to find a hidden hole.
Lizardman King Boss Strategies
Here is a breakdown of the battle strategies against the boss:
Defeat the minions
The boss is accompanied by minions like the coeurls and lesser lizards that specialize in ranged attacks. Take out the coeurls and spare some of the lizards if you wish. The latter will come in handy for some additional damage to the boss.
Keep some of the enemies alive
There are lesser lizards that patrol the outer layer and snipe you with javelins. Notice the switches on both ends of the arena. When pressed, the switches will activate a trap that causes damage on whoever stands in its path. You can opt to spare some of these lizards to handle the trap for you. Since the boss has high durability, you’ll need all the damage you can get and the trap counts for extra damage.
Take off to the side
The boss makes use of either the lance he wields or his ranged ballista. Study the boss’ pattern and play around it with your own. If he prepares one arm, rush to the opposite side quickly to land some attacks.
Many of his attacks can be dealt by baiting him to attack and then taking off to his side where he will be temporarily open to physical attacks. Make your attacks swift because if you take long to back up, he can retaliate and stun you.
Use Holy Attacks or Focus Attacks
Make use of holy attacks or focus to deal damage to the boss. Measure which attack deals more damage and commit on using it until the end.
