| Slam | When the boss has suffered enough from damage, it will carry its body and then topple onto the area floor damaging anyone it falls onto. |
| Slow | The boss releases a huge bubble which slows whoever it hits. |
| Vacuum | The boss pulls you close to it. Does not cause any daamge. |
Cave Worm Strategies
Here is a breakdown of the battle strategies against the boss:
Defeat the mobs
Defeat the minions that litter the field. You need to ensure that no other enemies are around when you fight the boss.
Dodge sideways
The boss’ attacks mainly travel across a straight line. For example, if it is about to open its mouth, perform sidesteps to evade the attack.
Switch to ranged attacks
Use holy. If you opt to use thunder or ice spells, make sure to cycle which one to use depending on the enemy. The minions can be hit using ice while the boss can’t eat thunder magic. Ranged attacks come in handy after whittling down the boss since it helps you avoid running into it accidentally and taking big damage from its slam.
