Tips and Strategies
Defeating Ice Golem
Having equipment with good ice and slow resistance is highly recommended when facing Ice Golem. Be sure to deal with the Gigas that appear and only focus on Ice Golem when it is alone.
Use Firaga and Holy to whittle down the boss’ health while staying a good distance away from its ice aura to avoid getting inflicted with Slow. Otherwise, position yourself to the side or behind Ice Golem and hack it with focus attacks while occasionally withdrawing to heal if you need to.
