Tips and Tricks: Standard Deathmatch
Standard Deathmatch can also accommodate a certain amount of players. On the map, this appears as a single skull unlike the Team Deathmatch. However, the Standard Deathmatch can work also as a Team Deathmatch but with default settings for the battle. The default setting often limits the teams involved in Standard Deathmatch to 2. Sometimes, players can engage into skirmishes or duels with other players. Skirmishes and duels are more like solo battles. However, it can some times evolve into a 2-on-2 match or a 3-on-3 match.

Skirmishes: Make sure that there are no other players
If the player intends to engage in a Skirmish, make sure there’s no one else in the field. Sometimes, players may become opportunistic which can break the kill streak. However, there are some who intentionally let them in to add more flair to the battle. In which if that is the case, make sure one chooses his targets and manages both fighters at the same time.
Keep moving
Unlike Team Deathmatch, Standard Deathmatch may or may not have any teammates. This leaves the player open to any kind of fire, especially if the player is in the open field. Snipers like preying on characters that are just standing in the open field. To counter this, run around in the buildings but at the same time not losing sight of one’s back.
Check your 6
6 PM or known as one’s back is often where players would ambush solo duelists. However, solo players in the Standard Deathmatch can also take advantage of the clumped enemies should he have a grenade in hand. Having a grenade in hand’s useful especially for taking out large groups of enemies.
Always have a weapon on hand
Fighting in a Standard Deathmatch without a weapon is suicide. This leaves the player open to any incoming attacks especially for those who fight via range.
