Thunderaffe
The Thunderaffe is a giraffe-like creature that has Storm as a theme. Its tail resembles a comet trail with a swirl inside. It also has a choker holding a gem around its neck. On its body, it has heart-shaped patterns. Its Japanese name comes from Kirin, a mythical storm creature. The word “Idaten” in its original Japanese name is often attributed to speed.
Spirit Form
Like any other giraffe-like creature, the Thunderaffe has a long neck. On its body, it has a pale yellow body covered with golden yellow heart prints and a purple snout. Since its a Spirit creature, it has brighter colours such as its cloud shaped tail being a gradient from blue, purple, pink, and yellow. Its legs are purple before turning into a pale yellow colour with golden hooves. It has purple horns on its head that have yellow tips with two smaller ones sprouting from the sides of its face. Because its a Spirit creature, it maintains a black and yellow motif for the eyes: black for a three pronged target-mark shape and yellow for the pupils inside. On its neck, it has a green choker with a purple-blue crystal hanging from it. Each of its legs also have sea green coloured crystals sprouting from the thighs and the ankles.
Nightmare Form
Unlike its Spirit form, the Nightmare form has darker colours. Its body has a purple motif with dark purple hearts. The legs are grey with a gradient turning black all the way to its dark purple hooves. The tail also resembles a comet trail except the swirl is black and the trail is a royal purple colour turning bright yellow. Its crystals a dark pink which branch out from the thigh and the ankles on each leg. While the Spirit form has no mane, the nightmare form has dark pink crystals that sprout from its neck to form the mane. It has a purple choker with a fuschia coloured gem hanging from it. Its face is grey with purple horns protruding from the top of its head and face with red eyes.
