The Battle-Tested Blade’s high attack power coupled with a +120 bonus in Crit allows you to deal massive damage in battle. The weapon further boosts its already impressive output with its special effect (augment physical abilities), making it among the best swords to use during the late game stages.

Found in Wildlands Region

The Battle-Tested Blade is obtained from Vanderham who is found northeast Crackledge Harbor -Anchorage- in the Wildlands.

To get to Crackledge Harbor, fast travel to Croptail. Then, travel walk to East Cropdale Forest Road.

At East Cropdale Forest Road, head northeast to arrive at Crackledge Harbor. Vanderham can be found by going east and southeast in the area.

The Battle-Tested Blade can be obtained from Vanderham using the Purchase (Partitio), Mug (Osvald), Steal (Throne), and Entreat (Agnea) Path Actions.

Found in Hinoeuma Region

You can get the Battle-Tested Spear from Senior Retainer Benkei in Hinoeuma Region (Ku Country). Talk to a female NPC in the northeastern part of the area to begin the side quest Then Mikka. Afterwards, Senior Retainer Benkei will appear. Approach Benkei and use the Purchase (Partitio), Mug (Osvald), Steal (Throne), or Entreat (Agnea) Path Actions to get the Battle-Tested Spear from him.

The Battle-Tested Dagger grants excellent evasion and is an obvious choice for characters with innately low HP. The weapon can also reduce the accuracy of enemies which can potentially save you turns for when you need to heal or revive allies.

Found in Winterland Region

The Battle-Tested Dagger is obtained from Gardener Black in Winterbloom -Bandit Town- (Winterland Region).

To make the dagger appear in Black’s inventory, you must clear the side story Melia Afterwards.

Melia Afterwards Side Story

Head to the 2nd floor of the building to the north of Winter Bloom. Then, talk to Lord Melia.

Afterwards, head to the building to the north and get Yukito from Bandit Black (Steal or Entreat).

Return to Lord Melia and give him Yukito. Upon clearing the side quest, Bandit Black will become Gardener Black and will have the Battle-Tested Dagger in their inventory.

To get the Battle-Tested Dagger from Gardener Black, use Mug (Osvald) or Entreat (Agnea).

Location 1: Found in Toto’haha Island

The Battle-Tested Axe can be obtained from Guardian Silat in Na Nasi Village (Toto’haha Island).

To reach Guardian Silat, fast travel to Na Nasahi Village and walk to the topmost edge of the area. Then, head down the ladder once to find the NPC.

You can obtain the Battle-Tested Axe from Guardian Silat using Purchase (Partitio), Mug (Osvald), Steal (Throne), or Entreat (Agnea).

Another way to get the Battle-Tested Axe is to go Cold Cape Pub in Winterland Region. Look for a hooded Villager NPC near the pub. You need to defeat the Villager to obtain the axe from him with only has a 2% chance of dropping. Save first before engaging him with the Provoke (Ochette) or Challenge (Hikari) Path Actions.

Location 2: Found in Harborland

The Battle-Tested Staff is dropped by the Trainer NPC at the Northeast Church in Canalbrine (Harborland). Save first before engaging him using Provoke (Ochette) or Challenge (Hikari). As with other Battle-Tested Equipment, the Battle-Tested Staff only has a 2% chance to drop from the Trainer.
