All Physical Retail and Digital Game Editions of Octopath Traveler II
Octopath Traveler II will be released on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Steam (PC) on February 24, 2023. Multiple versions of the game have been revealed ahead of its scheduled release, and are now available for pre-order on Octopath Traveler II’s official website.
Digital Editions
Here is the only digital edition of the game:
Digital Standard Edition
The Digital Standard Edition is the base version consisting of a downloadable copy of the game and only Pre-Purchase bonus content called Travel Provisions listed below:
- Healing Grape (M) x 5 – Restores HP to a single ally.
- Inspiriting Plum (M) x 5 – Restores SP to a single ally.
- Revitalizing Jam x 2
- Gold Dust (can be sold for 5,000 leaves in-game) x 1
The Digital Edition goes for 59.99 USD.
Physical Retail Editions
Here are the physical editions of the game:
Physical Standard and Steelbook Edition
The Standard Edition includes a physical copy of the game. It was not confirmed if this edition also has Travel Provisions bonus content. The Standard/Launch Edition is priced at 59.99 USD.
That being said, if you enjoy steelbook cases, go to Best Buy since they have a special one for free. (NSW, PS5, and PS4)
Collector’s Edition
As for the Collector Edition, it will come with the following:
- Octopath Traveler II STANDARD EDITION physical game.
- Travelers Bust Set
- A group of bust figurines portraying the eight heroes of the title. Their striking expressions in their respective gazes foreshadow each of their upcoming journeys. The backdrop of the figure package also includes a map of the Solistia continent.
- Art Album
- This art book includes box art, geographical maps, and pictures of eight travelers and their Crossed Paths. The pages are specially bound to open flat at 180 degrees, making the full-size spreads very easy to view and appreciate. The book has a luxurious feel thanks to the smooth matte finish and foil stamping on the cover.
- OST with Extended Battle Tracks
- This mini OST features 24 Extended Battle Track versions, with distinct entrance melodies for each of the eight heroes that play while facing a formidable antagonist. This is a special CD that contains song variations not found on the full soundtrack, which will be sold separately.
The Collector’s Edition is priced at 179.99 USD.
