How to Get Battle-Tested Blade
The Battle-Tested Blade is obtained by using Steal (Throne), Mug (Osvald), Purchase (Partitio), or Entreat (Agnea) Path Actions to Vanderham who is found northeast Crackledge Harbor -Anchorage- in the Wildlands.
To get to Crackledge Harbor, fast travel to Croptail. Then, travel walk to East Cropdale Forest Road.
At East Cropdale Forest Road, head northeast to arrive at Crackledge Harbor. Vanderham can be found by going east and southeast in the area.

How to Get Battle-Tested Spear
The Battle-Tested Spear can be obtained from Senior Retainer Benkei in Hinoeuma Region (Ku Country). Talk to a female NPC in the northeastern part of the area to begin the side quest Then Mikka.
Afterwards, Senior Retainer Benkei will appear. Approach him and use Steal (Throne), Mug (Osvald), Purchase (Partitio), or Entreat (Agnea) Path Actions to get the Battle-Tested Spear from him.

How to Get Battle-Tested Dagger
The Battle-Tested Dagger is obtained from Gardener Black in Winterbloom -Bandit Town- (Winterland Region).
To make the dagger appear in Black’s inventory, you must clear the side story Melia Afterwards.
Melia Afterwards Side Story
Head to the 2nd floor of the building to the north of Winter Bloom. Then, talk to Lord Melia.
Afterwards, head to the building to the north and get Yukito from Bandit Black (Steal or Entreat).
Return to Lord Melia and give him Yukito. Upon clearing the side quest, Bandit Black will become Gardener Black and will have the Battle-Tested Dagger in their invetory.
To get the Battle-Tested Dagger from Gardener Black, use Mug (Osvald) or Entreat (Agnea).
Battle-Tested Axe

How to Get the Battle-Tested Axe (Method 1)
The Battle-Tested Axe can be obtained from Guardian Silat in Na Nasi Village (Toto’haha Island).
To reach Guardian Silat, fast travel to Na Nasahi Village and walk to the topmost edge of the area. Then, head down the ladder once to find Silat.
You can obtain the Battle-Tested Axe from Guardian Silat using Purchase (Partitio), Mug (Osvald), Steal (Throne), or Entreat (Agnea).
How to Get Battle-Tested Axe (Method 2)
The Battle-Tested Axe is also found in Cold Cape Pub in Winterland Region. Look for a Villager NPC near the pub and use Provoke (Ochette) or Challenge (Hikari) Path Actions fight the Villager. The Battle-Tested Axe only has 2% chance of dropping so save first before challenging him. With this method it’s possible to get multiple copy of Battle-Tested Axe.

How to Get the Battle-Tested Bow (Method 1)
To get the Battle-Test Bow, go to Kenomo Village in Toto’haha Island and look for Village Chief Kozahe (only appears during daytime). You can get the bow from him by using the Purchase (Partitio) or Steal (Throne) Path Actions.
How to Get Battle-Tested Bow (Method 2)
The Battle-Tested Bow can also be obtained from the Trainer NPC in front of the inn at New Delsta (Brightland Region). Approach the NPC and use Provoke (Ochette) or Challenge (Hikari) to fight him. As with the Battle-Tested Axe, the Battle-Tested Bow has a low drop rate of 2% so do not forget to save first before engaging the Trainer. With this method it’s possible to get multiple copy of Battle-Tested Bow.

How to Get the Battle-Tested Staff (Method 1)
The Battle-Tested Staff can be obtained from Vice President Rock in Oar’s Rush (Wildlands Region). During the day, you can find the NPC in the same location where Partitio was found when he joined your party. During the night, the NPC is inside the house. Please note that Vice President Rock won’t appear in the early chapter.
How to Get Battle-Tested Staff (Method 2)
The Battle-Tested Staff is obtained from the Trainer NPC at the Northeast Church in Canalbrine (Harborland). Use Provoke (Ochette) or Challenge (Hikari) to fight him. The Battle-Tested Shield can be obtained from the Bodyguard Veronica NPC in front of the rich man house at New Delsta (Brightland Region).
To get the Battle-Tested Shield from Bodyguard Veronica NPC using Purchase (Partitio), Mug (Osvald), Steal (Throne), or Entreat (Agnea).
Is there information on how many chapters you have to do to unlock seeing some of these npcs? Melia isn’t in Winterbloom currently.
For the easy methods with stealing, you have to clear some of the character’s stories for them to show up including the Battle-tested Blade.
