Third Eye
Third eye is a recurring feature in Persona 5 that enables the hero to scan the area for important items and information.
How to use the Third Eye
The feature returns in Persona 5 Scramble which allows Joker to detect nearby obstacles. The command can be used by long pressing the L2 button on the PS4, or the ZL button on the Nintendo Switch.
Find obstacles
After performing a scan, Joker can uncover “cover points” where he can perform special actions such as Phantom Moves.
Assess enemies’ strengths
Other than obstacles, Joker can also make use of the Third Eye to evaluate surrounding enemies. Certain colors signify the strength of each enemy with blue being the weakest, yellow for standard foes, and red for dangerous enemies.
The third eye can also be used in combat to know the enemy’s stats, like the level, health, and stats of the shadow.
