Seth

Sometimes known as Set, Seth is a deity in Egyptian mythology. Considered one of the most influential deities, he represents the deserts, storms, and chaos. His consort is his sister Nephthys. He mutilated his brother Osiris out of jealousy. Consequently, Osiris’ wife Isis put him back together and he reigned as the king of the dead. Isis bore Horus who would later fight against Seth.

Some accounts state that Seth became demonized, he eventually portrayed as a portent of evil.
