Xion in Kingdom Hearts 3
Xion appears as a brief vision to Lea as he and Kairi enjoy sea-salt ice cream together in the trailer. No further details are given apart from this.
As the trailer hints at the possible return of Roxas, it may be speculated that Xion plays a major role in the game as well. The game would therefore mark an important event in the series where the three friends Axel, Roxas, and Xion are reunited after being apart for so long.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days
The 14th Member of Organization XIII
Xion is introduced as the last member to join Organization XIII in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. This makes her member number 14. She is depicted as a shy girl who eventually befriends Roxas and Axel.
An interesting characteristic of Xion is that her appearance changes depending on the person looking at her. However, she mostly appears as a girl strongly resembling a black-haired Kairi.
In reality, Xion is not a Nobody. She is instead an imperfect replica of Roxas created by the organization as a fail-safe in case Sora or Roxas become irrelevant to its goals.
Xion begins obtaining the leaked memories of Sora after her creation, giving her a form and identity beyond her initial appearance of a hooded puppet. As she is a replica of Roxas, she can also wield a Keyblade.
Xion fights Roxas near the end of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. She forces Roxas to kill her, as her continued existence will cause Roxas to disappear. A tearful Roxas cradles her as she vanishes after defeat.
Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance
Memories of the Black-Haired Girl
Xion appears in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. However, this only happens as hallucinations or in various characters’ dreams. She is seen pointing her keyblade at Roxas during the opening of the game, which quickly shifts to her previous days with her two friends atop the Twilight Town clock tower.
Sora also encounters Xion in The World That Never Was in a dream. He chases a fleeing Namine who turns into Xion after he manages to grab her wrist. A confused Sora lets Xion run away and disappear.
Xion also appears to Riku while on Destiny Islands as the latter journeys inside Sora’s heart. Xion asks Riku what his wish is, allowing the player to choose from three answers. Xion will vanish upon responding to her question.
